After careful consideration and deliberation, I am sorry to inform you that our 35th Anniversary BAVAN Conference will be rescheduled due to transmission risks from COVID-19 (Corona Virus). As most of you are already aware, this is not an easy decision, but COVID-19 is a very serious concern which is actively growing in the Bay Area.
For those of you who already signed up for this event, thank you for your support! If you wish to receive a refund for your ticket (minus EventBright processing fees), please send me a request directly via email or EventBright. If you wish, you can do nothing and we will apply the total ticket price to the rescheduled event in the near future. The rescheduled event will stay at the Waterfront Hotel at Jack London Square, when it's deem more safe for large group gatherings in 2020.
If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
