Networks: PolarVAN - Alaska Vascular Access Network

It is our vision that every Alaskan patient will have the optimal vascular access device placed in a timely manner for their specific need at the time.  Supported by the entire Alaskan Medical community.

Our mission is to offer high quality multi-disciplinary educational programs for healthcare workers in the hospital, outpatient, community and rural setting.  Specifically to those who are involved in providing care for patients with multiple types of vascular access devices.

Our goal is to promote education with regards to safety and patient rights through evidence based research and publications.
