1. Go to AVA website and click on Past Scientific Meetings (located under Annual Meetings)

3. Click on Evaluation from the list on the left side of the conference website

4. Sign in using your access key from that year (there is a link to retrieve it if you lost it).  It will be sent to the email you registered with that year.  If you no longer have access to that email address, please contact tech support at

How do I access my AVA Academy Courses?

To get to your AVA Academy courses after you purchase them in the AVA store, go to the AVA website and make sure you are signed in.  Then under Continuing Education, click  on Launch My Courses.  Once you get to AVA Academy you will click on My Courses to see the courses you signed up for in the AVA store.

CE courses will have -CE after the title of the course and you will need to take a post course survey as well as complete the course before the certificate will be added to your transcript.  Your transcript will be located under My Courses/Transcript. 

Non-CE courses will have a link to the course but not a post course survey.

HOW DO Upgrade my guest account to a membership?

Click on "Sign In" at the top of the screen and enter your username and password.  If you are not automatically directed to your profile, click on Manage Profile (top of every page after you sign in). Click on Membership located in PAYMENTS & HISTORY section. Click on link to Upgrade your guest account.  Complete the online application (you will need to select the membership you want from the drop down list where it currently says Guest).

How do I SIGN in?

Click on "Sign In" at the top of the screen and enter your username and password.  Don't know your username or password?  Click on "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?" link and follow the online instructions".  Email for additional support.

Where is my member number?

Sign In. Click on Account and Settings and look in the Profile section.  Your 8 digit member number is displayed under Account Information.  Your Member Number is also listed on the printable membership card located in your profile. Just go to Account and Settings then click on Payments and History tab.  Then Click on Membership and you will find the link to print your membership card.

how do i reset my password?

In the “Sign In” area, select the “Forgot your password?” link.

How do i print a membership card?

Where can I find my membership and profile information?

Go to Account and Settings then click on Profile to find your membership number or update your contact information. 

How do I Get a Receipt?

Sign in and go to Account and Settings .  Look for the "PAYMENTS & HISTORY" area on this page. Locate a link called "Invoices". Be sure to choose "Closed" as the status for paid invoices. The receipt for your membership will be under the Dues tab and AVA Academy receipts will be under Store and Events.

how do i renew my membership?

Sign in and complete the online renewal application. Instructions can be found under the Membership tab on the homepage  (

If your employer is paying for the renewal, complete the application online and submit using the Pay By Check option.  Then give the invoice to your employer to send with a check or they can use the online payment link to pay with a credit card.  Contact if you need help. 

If you already have an active invoice, you can pay it by going to "PAYMENTS & HISTORY" area in your Accounts and Settings. Locate a link called "Invoices".  Please contact AVA if you need assistance with an invoice.

Where is the Printable membership application?

We no longer have a paper application.  Please join online.  If your employer is going to pay for your membership, please fill out the application online and then choose pay by check for payment.  When you submit your application, an invoice will be generated that you can print for your employer.  When AVA receives payment from your employer, your membership will be activated.
